Strength and Conditioning 

A fantastic way to help prevent injuries, build muscle, tone up, and work aerobically. 

Our S&C sessions are led by qualified gym instructors, who are experienced in training athletes. 

S&C is suitable for ALL club members of all abilities. Just sign up on the survey that goes out on our WhatsApp groupchat each week!

When: Fridays, 2:00-3:00 pm

Where: Mandela Room in Bloomsbury Fitness
