Social Running

Whether you're brand new to running, have many races under your belt or simply enjoy running with friends in some of London's finest parks, come along and join in on our social running, including our bi-weekly social runs Monday evening and Wednesday afternoon, women-only ‘This Girl Can’ sessions, Saturday Parkruns and weekly Couch to 5k sessions! Parkruns, ‘This Girl Can’, and Couch to 5k are all open to runners of all ability! Likewise, our weekday social runs are divided up into multiple pace groups and distances to accommodate everyone!

Athletics

We offer event-specific training for all athletics events, led by experienced coaches that cater for all abilities. We are affiliated with the Highgate Harriers, a high-level running club with the Parliament Hill Track as its home base! Track sessions are held at the aforementioned location on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings! Although the sessions are led by Highgate coaches, RAX will organise group meet-ups at BT to ensure everyone gets safely to the track together, and you’re bound to meet other RAX-ers at Highgate!

Cross-Country and Distance Running

We are officially the best University Cross-Country club in London, winning the 2023 LUCA Cross-Country Championships this past spring! Whether you love or hate mud, give XC a try! Every race is a beautiful display of camaraderie, teamwork, and great fun! Our XC/distance training covers everything from XC-specific training (think hills!) to road races and half marathons!
